Xonos Develops Service Request System for the Town of Ramapo

Xonos is proud to announce the completion of a Service Request System for the Town of Ramapo, NY. The system makes it possible to submit notifications to department staff for such things as potholes, snow removal, litter complaints and sewer problems.

Requests submitted through the system are sent to the appropriate department and handled accordingly. Town of Ramapo staff can sort the general list of requests by category, assign requests to relevant staff and track how the request is handled.

The Town of Ramapo is located approximately 40 miles Northeast of Manhattan. It was ranked second in the Northeast in Money Magazine's 2004 Best Places to Live, the only town in New York State to be rated.
